Yes. No fee, no deposit, no obligation. We give you a written revenue projection whether or not you decide to work with us.
How long is the call, actually?
Scheduled for 20 minutes. It sometimes runs to 30 if there are a lot of questions. If you'd prefer a shorter call, tell us when you book.
Who will I be speaking with?
A member of our team who runs this operation day-to-day — either a founder or a senior member of the revenue or operations team. Not a commissioned salesperson. We don't have a sales team.
What if I'm not ready to hire a manager yet?
That's fine. The consultation is useful even if you're just exploring. Some owners talk to us 6–12 months before they switch, and we're glad to be a resource in the meantime.
Do I need to have my listing ready?
No. If you have a listing, we'll pull it up during the call. If you don't, we'll work from the address and property details. Either way, we can give you meaningful numbers.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reply to your confirmation email or call us at (305) 555-0198. We're flexible and will find another slot that works for you.
Do you follow up repeatedly if I don't sign up?
No. You'll receive the written projection we promised, and that's it. If you'd like to stay in touch, we'll add you to a quarterly market update email — opt-in only.
Can I meet in person at my property instead?
Yes. When booking, choose "In-person at your property" as your preferred format. We cover all of Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Brickell, Coral Gables, and Downtown Miami for in-person consultations.
